Booking terms

STAYVORA arranges private holiday villas and apartments in Tunisia. The platform is available exclusively to registered guests.

When you submit your payment details, you send a binding booking request for the selected villa, travel dates and number of guests at the total price shown.

The total price includes the nightly rates for your entire stay and the listed extra costs.

Payment is made by Western Union cash transfer to the recipient named on the booking page. Please enter the recipient's name exactly as shown and keep your MTCN number and your receipt. Western Union may charge its own transfer fees.

The confirmation of receipt you receive after submitting your payment details is not yet a payment confirmation. Your booking is only confirmed once STAYVORA has verified your payment and sent you a booking confirmation with a booking number by SMS and email.

During our opening hours (08:00 to 17:00, Tunisia time) we reply within one hour at the latest. Outside these hours we check your payment during the next opening hours.

If a payment cannot be verified or a villa is no longer available, STAYVORA will contact you to agree on the next steps together.

Please contact STAYVORA directly for changes or cancellations. The applicable conditions are agreed with you individually.

Your booking confirmation can be presented as proof of accommodation. It is not a guarantee of recognition as a visa or entry document.
